Listen to stories of the town’s past and look at the beautifully restored houses. Let your senses take in the whole of Haderslev and its history when Visit Haderslev invites you on a gastronomic journey in the company of some of the town’s lavish specialist shops.
Since 1896, Slagter Vollstedt has been based in the well-known shop on Naffet. Here you can taste some of their delicious sausages.
At Vin og Vin you can descend into their old cellar, which in the 16th century was the “town hall cellar”. The men who were members of local government at the time gathered here to discuss how to take care of the town. At Vin og Vin you can enjoy a little glass as you feel the presence of history.
Afterwards, the trip continues to Ranis Ice Bar, which sells various delicious Italian ice creams. Here you will get a taste of this delicious homemade ice cream. Rani has many years of experience and has developed their own special recipes.
Finally, treat your taste buds to a unique experience at Denmark's first wagyu hot dog stand on Gravene in Haderslev.
Not just an ordinary hot dog - but a hot dog with a gourmet sausage made from Japanese wagyu meat, known for its juiciness and flavour, which you will taste.
The tour starts at 10:00 and lasts approximately 2 hours.
