Christmas at Spøttrup Castle

You will be greeted by the scent of roasted almonds, Christmas pastries, and mulled wine. Christmas trees and greenery for decoration are for sale, and in the middle of the courtyard stands the old sleigh, decorated for the occasion.

Inside the castle, there are plenty of stalls and a cozy Christmas atmosphere. Here, you’ll find handcrafted quality goods from local artisans and other treasures perfect for gifts, decorating, and indulging in holiday treats.

For the little ones, there’s Christmas fun in the castle’s charming rooms with a workshop where kids can cut, glue, and make various Christmas decorations to hang on one of the many Christmas trees or take home for their own tree.

If you need a break, a warm place to sit, and something delicious to eat, we have made seating available at Traktørstedet and in the Welcome Building.

“Christmas at the Castle” is the local Christmas market, where there’s guaranteed holiday cheer, so feel free to bring the whole family, as it will be an extremely festive day at Spøttrup Castle with Christmas spirit for everyone!
