Deeper Roots Brewing brews beer with respect for tradition - with a great curiosity for the beer revolution's change in both taste and ingredients.

The location in the heart of Odsherred, which is full of local food, makes it possible to source many of the ingredients from local producers.

With roots located deep in the Northwest Zealand soil, Deeper Roots Brewing works to develop creative products.

Behind the brewery is Søren Wagner, trained brewer from the Scandinavian Brewing College and with more than 15 years of experience in beer.

Visit the Beer Cafe
In the brewery's Beer Cafe, you can enjoy several of the brewery's products both on tap and in cans, or buy them home to enjoy at a later time.
