The schooner Maja - sailing trips on the Limfjord

The schooner MAJA sails cruises and excursions on the Limfjord.
In July and August you can buy tickets for sailing trips from Nykøbing Mors, Struer and Thisted. From April to October, the ship can also be rented for a company trip or a private party such as birthdays, anniversaries and much more. Dates and times: 2 July at 1330, 7 July at 11, 11 July at 1.30 p.m., 18 July at 1:30 p.m., July 25 at 1.30 p.m., 1 August at 1:30 p.m.
The ship has a deck saloon with room for 28 guests and a large saloon below deck for 70 diners. She is approved for sailing with 75 passengers throughout the country.
MAJA is a 3-masted barge schooner built in 1918. She is one of Denmark's largest sailing ships, and has also been declared worthy of preservation by the ship preservation fund under the Ministry of Culture. So a sailing trip with Maja is at the same time a cultural-historical maritime experience, where the passengers can help pull in the rope and set sail.
We always set sail on the sailing trips, but of course to the extent that weather and safety permit.
Although it is primarily in the Limfjord that MAJA sails, the ship can also be rented for sailing throughout the country.
